  • Industry Information Pipeline – Builders receive timely industry updates, product information, and relevant news delivered directly to their office.
  • Emergency Response – In the event of a jobsite issue, Tri-State will respond within 24 hours. Solutions are provided within 48 hours, unless manufacturer involvement is required.
  • Placement Plans & Pricing – We strive to return placement plans and competitive quotes within five business days.
  • Sales Literature & Displays – High-quality handouts and showroom-ready displays are available to support and promote our specialty product lines.
  • Product Knowledge Sessions – Tri-State representatives offer educational sessions for sales teams and builders, covering individual products or multiple specialty lines in a single presentation.
