  • Jobsite Assistance - Assisting framers with EWP application instruction on the jobsite.

  • Technical Response - Assistance from Tri-State Forest Products engineered lumber department.

  • Manufacturer Support - Tri-State demands full support from our product manufacturers on technical information, job claims and application instruction.

  • Information Pipeline - Each builder will be a part of our product pipeline. Tri-State will send industry updates and information directly to the builder’s office.

  • Emergency Response - Tri-State will respond to the jobsite within 24 hours to problems that may occur. The solution to the problem will be made within 48 hours unless the manufacturer must be involved.

  • Placement Plans and Price Quoting - Tri-State will guarantee a response time of not more than five days on placement plans and price quoting.

  • Supporting Literature and Displays - Tri-State will supply handout literature and showroom quality displays for any of the listed specialty products.

  • Product Knowledge Sessions - A Tri-State representative will be able to give product knowledge sessions for groups of sales people and/or builders on any of our specialty products. We can educate on multiple products in one

  • session or individually.
